Video to content - Death and grief counseling



If a family member dies, often the necessary formalities overwhelm you. We provide step by step instructions.

When the death of a family member hits us, we need help. This is especially true when he hits us unprepared. Is there a precautionary power in which the deceased has specified wishes regarding his burial? Despite shock and grief, we have to take care of 1000 things. The funeral will be organized, friends and relatives of the deceased will be informed and the death notice will be designed, to name but a few. Organization is a distraction and may not be the worst after the loss of a loved one. But what exactly is to come?

The relative died in his apartment. In this case, call a doctor to have the death certificate issued. You will need this later to apply for death certificates from the registry office. In the hospital, the doctors do this automatically. Take care of yourself afterwards, as soon as possible a supervisor. This will help you choose the type of funeral, flowers, music, etc. Friends and relatives must be informed. But also employers, insurers, associations, landlords. The next step would be to think about the legacy of the dead. Here it must be clarified: is there a will? If you have a will, take it to the probate court. If it is deposited with a notary or court, you do not have to worry about it first.
